Nervous-system-first dog care in Murray
Grooming, pack hikes, sound baths, and boarding for Murray dogs, including the trail time the central valley does not offer.
Grounded dog care in the heart of Murray
Murray is about fifteen minutes from my Millcreek base down State Street or I-15. It is the flattest part of my service area and the part with the best parks, which means most Murray dogs I meet are well walked and still restless.
Park walking and trail time are not the same thing for a nervous system. Murray Park and the Jordan River Parkway are lovely and they are also flat, busy, and full of other dogs on leash. The pack hike gets your dog into the foothills, off pavement, with a group that has been matched on temperament instead of proximity.

How I help Murray dogs settle
- Shanti's Pack hikes central Murray pickups, foothill trailheads, Monday through Thursday
- Consent-based grooming for small and medium dogs, Fridays and select Saturdays, fifteen minutes east
- Shanti Sounds sound baths in your Murray home for you and your companion animal
- Eco-Somatic retreats a full day for a woman and her dog, well out of the flats
- Pet sitting and boarding in your Murray home, or up to two dogs board with me in Millcreek
Murray ground, and where we go beyond it
- Murray Park, including the off-leash area, my usual meeting point on the west side
- Willow Pond Park, quiet water and easy loops for senior dogs and short visits
- Jordan River Parkway, flat mileage for dogs building back up after injury or surgery
- Millcreek and Neff's Canyon, where Murray dogs go on pack days for real elevation
